Went to look at sofa beds and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the employees are - they answered all my questions. There was a slight delay with delivery, but they kept me updated and sorted it quickly. The futon is comfy and seems well made. Overall, a good experience and Iβd go back if I needed more furniture.
